Like the question says..is a 96mm cut for 90.5's/ thin wall 92's? I picked the case up from a local guy who sold it to me stating that its for 92's but wasn't sure if it was for a thick wall 92 or not. Thanks.

the thick wall 92's use the opening of the 94mm unless you cut the base down to fit

Yes, but what size will the case opening be? I am not sure what my case is cut for.

Yep, its cut for 90.5. My case for my 1904 (74x90.5) is 96mm.

90.5mm opening is 96mm
94mm opening is 97.25mm
