I have a well running stock 1500 single port in a 68 vert that just leaks oil out of every conceivable seam. Compression is good, recently pulled the motor to clean it up but she still leaks, especially around the lifter tubes.
Is it worth pulling the engine again, buying a gasket kit, pulling the heads and replacing every seal, or should I just bite the bullet and rebuild it? |

| An mature engine like that will ALWAYS require more than resealing, once you get inside it.Be prepared. |
