Hi everybody,I'm all new on this forum and already need your help.I'm restoring a '65 split bus and have loads of problems finding chrome bumpers for it.I spent hours surfing on the internet but only found the ones for 1000 $.Do you have any idea where to get them for less money?

I'll post some pictures of my work in the future, since i don't have'em on this computer.

jan, stock bumpers would be easier to find and look much better, in my opinion. If you are "restoring" it, that would be the way to go. Good luck.

Chrome bumpers were not an option so your best bet might be to find a set of regular bumpers and have them chromed.

I know these bumpers weren't an optionm but it's hard to find regular bumpers as well, at least in good condition.And I must say that chrome looks way better than painted-just my opinion.

There are lots of bumpers in the Classifieds. Unfortunately most are in the USA and the shipping would be very expensive for you.
