i just wanted to say that i have not shopped with j.c. whitney till reciently allthough i rember when i was a young child reading there catalog and memorizeing all tha padges this book was my wish book and just reciently i orderd from them..when i had problems with my credit card statement i called them and they in return called my credit card company 3 way... and i have to tell you all there are not many buisnes's left out there where there customeris there first priority.i was irate with them and later found out it was my credit card companys fault. theese people argued with the credit card company and went out of there way to make me a happy customer..so for everyone out there on the samba thinking about buying from j.c. whitney i have to tell you they have great products and exelent customer support..j.c. whitney i give u 2 thumbes up... for those of you not framilar with them visit them on the web @ www.jcwhitney.com and j.c. whitney i look forward to doing buisnes with you in the future :P

well i must take my info in reguards to j.c. whitney back..do not give this company your cc info...they kept charging my card money that i did not owe them in the amounts of 12.00 18.00...and 1900... just little amounts but like 50 over a monthes time..i had to report my cc stolen...what bullshit

You should have reported the false charges to your CC company.

Ha! That's the funniest thing I've heard in a while! :D

I've use JCW off and on and the only problem I've had is with the stupid Empi lowering struts I ordered from them. The holes didn't line up on one strut. I had to weld and redrill it to get it to work. Not really their fault though, Empi sucks. I do like the free shipping.
