Capitol Volkswagen in San Jose would like to invite all VW enthusiast to come out and show off their ride on Sunday Aug. 24th. from 11pm-4pm.
We will be having a raffle for everyone who RSVP's to [EMAIL=timv@dgdg.com]timv@dgdg.com[/EMAIL] with the number of people and cars that will be attending. We will also be providing BBQ'd food along with a nice venue to socialize with fellow fans.

We will be raffling off a Bluetooth kit (Parrot), XM radio, Our local body shop is putting something together for us like a free body repair, Our glass company is in the works of putting something together such as a discounted tint job or glass repair*. The dealership itself is contributing some official VW Driver Gear as raffle prizes as well. The owner wants me to put this together for all the VW clubs so they can have a spot to bring their car and have a good time with fellow VW enthusiasts. The BBQ will be awsome, and if turn out is high enough we can see about making this a recurring event.
* Has yet to be finalized

I'd like to go but my bug needs to get fixed and VW stopped selling parts for them and sued others who tried to make them instead.
Good luck on your "show" but VWOA has really screwed us air cooled guys to the point that a lot of us would rather buy a new asian car rather than a vw. |

This should be an awsome turn out. I have about 50 RSVP's since friday from VWVORTEX and WCM. So the more VW's the better. Make sure to RSVP :D |

We have over 150+ RSVP's so the turn out should be great. We didnt recieve to many responces from this site but thats ok. If you ever need parts or service give us a call.
