That is really excellent. I thought it was a vacuum leak. I wonder if Colin ever makes it to Indiana? Glad your vanagon is up and running. I actually like the air-cooled engines better especially after working on my 1998 beetle engine.

I knew that spending a day with Colin would be money well spent for you or me or most anyone for that matter.
I am always surprised that I can say that after he has worked me to death for 10 straight hours, but it is true. And I am the guy paying.
He knows his stuff, no question about it, and can actually train you to figure out what is wrong with your ACVW. I have met a few guys over the years that really know their way around a bus (or a vanagon) engine adn the rest of the vehicle and he is one of the best.
