| My ingnition does not want to ingage my starter, anyone know off hand which color wire i need to tap into on a 73 sqbck fi1600 manual? any words of wisdom to do this easily, had the car is in the middle of someone parklots.... :? any recomendations on switches, mounting spots, making this easy and quick |

| Run a wire from the + post on the battery, to a button, off the button to the spare terminal on the starter. |

| cn't i just jump the line that lead into the ignition, as to save from running wires all over the car then back to the dash? essitialy hot wire it with a button? |

Do you know that the ignition switch is the problem?
If it's not using another switch will not solve the problem. |

Yes,I did this. Run it like that. It's very practical because I have 6 volt. |

There is a starter wire connection right next to the battery on a 73 FI T-3.
But why not just fix the switch. If the switch is bad, it is the same electrical as a Bug and it is very easy to get one. |
