the nice drive wasn't. after having borrowed some parts to test the racer, i put it back together and my timing light failed. so i static timed it and made it 100ft before i found out i missed on the timing. redid that... made it about 9 miles and the pin that has run the throttle cable for 10 years fell out some where and i lost pedal. :oops: zip ties to get to the place we were going. then after finishing up at the meeting we went to, the car wouldn't turn over. :x reached in to wiggle the negative cable to see if it was loose and got 2nd degree burns on my right index figure and thumb. :shock:
do you think my car is mad at me for not driving her much this season? i promised her that i would make sure not to be so neglecting in the future... then she drove right home. :D |
