I got this from a friend and every thing is jacked up. The carb is a Webber 32/36 DFAV and the dis is a 009. I am new to this but after removeing the dis and doing an inspection I found only 1 spring and no plastic holders. Should I just replace the dis or rebuild it? Who has A parts kit?

The Brazilian Bosch OO9s have only one spring.
