I have a VW steering wheel that is definitly original, and is the blue-white color used on other parts of the car. NOBODY has ever seen one of these.
Compared to other steering wheels I have, the paint is applied in the same manner as the factory used, no paint in the horn ring center, and none in the center of the back-side of the hub. Any idea's ? |

When you say blue-white color on other parts of the car, what parts do you mean?
There are a number of Beetle steering wheels that came in various colors, often for a limited time period. |

Could it be a Hydrate green used only for 3 months in 1961??
Pictures would help us identify. |
