I am replacing the screws on my pop out window's 1962 crew cab, why does every site that sells the replacement screws have over sized 4.0mm and original 3.5 mm? I assume this is due to wear on the treads but I may be wrong any clarification would be great......

WW also sells the original size screws too, so you don't need oversize except where you really need them.
