| Our 78 bay with 2.0 FI all stock motor normally runs very well. But it started acting up the other night. When coming to a stop, the engine idles down and the idle becomes rough and dies with the headlights on. If you turn the lights off and start it back up again, it idles fine. If you turn the lights back on at idle, it dies again. If you start it up again and drive off then turn the lights on, it will keep running. At any speed above an idle, it seems to run O.K. Anybody have any thoughts about this strange situation? Thanks. |

| You mention when coming to a stop it dies? After braking it dies? If so you have a vacuum leak in the brake booster line or the booster itself. |

| Check your battery voltage parked and running, also headlights on and off. |
