any have info on the best way to install seals on the non westy camper windows. I cannot find a good way to put the seals on the windows and make them look rite. Do the screws go under the seals, do you cut the seals at the corners, or if I should use weather stripping adhesive. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I replaced my seals with the ones from WW and they worked well. Make sure you specify that you have non-westy windows. Dealer camper windows require the seals to be longer. The flat part of the seal goes between the body and the aluminum frame and the hollow half round part of the seal covers and goes over the heads of the screws. You cut a vee out at the corners of the seals so that it will wrap around the 90 degrees. Don't cut all the way through and keep the seal in one long piece. I'll try to post some photos, but right now I have to go to the Post office, the landfill and after that I have to work on my rear brakes.

Oh one more thing, I did use some weather strip adhesive to adhere it to the window frame and that made it very easy to install.

No pix yet, sorry, I rounded off one of my brake line nuts while working on my rear brakes replacing the flex hoses and that took up most of my time..maybe tomorrow...

when you say you cut a v @ the corners, do you mean all the way through or just on the inside or outside of the seal. It seam that when I put the seals on the windows they aren't long enough to go to the top of the window where the hindge starts.

I copied the original seals that I pulled off my windows. The seals only go on three sides, the left, right and bottom. To keep the seals all one piece, but still have them wrap around the corners nicely you have to cut a vee out of them at the corners but don't cut the strip into pieces, leave just enough of the outer edge to keep it in one piece. When I used the WW seals they were too short as well. I had to call them and get another set because the length they send is for a westy window and not a dealer/panel camper. Measure the windows and then measure the seals. The seals should be a bit longer. If they aren't call WW and tell them the length you need. They were really good about it when I had this problem. I gotta go get dinner and I'll try to take some pix tonight.

There's two sizes of the non-Westy one-huge-pane windows: smaller one is for kombi and the bigger one is for panel campers.

Here are some photos of the seals I put in. I hope they help.

thanks for all your help. Seems like they could of made a better seal for this kind of window. Along the upper edge, or top of the window what kind of seal are you using. I used one of those weather stripping seal you can buy @ home depot for doors and such.
