| if you are taling about the front i wraped elec. tape around them about 3 times really tight and a inch from the end |

| I use a zip tie at one end. It'll keep the leaves tight together, but will slide easily across the leaves when you get to the center keeper. If you like, you can slide the leaves in to the point where they almost exit the keeper, slide them back, and pull the zip tie off, if that makes any sense. |
