The swap was a lot smaller than normal and a lot of the people I usually see there as regular sellers didn't show up. A bit weird as you would think with everyone saying the economy is down, there would be MORE people trying to make money.

I found a few thing anyway - nothing exciting.

The weather was awesome for August, cool and a little cold Sat. night.

I didn't get there until just before one 'clock today, yet still had a great time, even after less than 3 hours of sleep...

250+ Hot wheels: Free

Early 60s Bug Apron :$20

A pair of 14 by 7 Wide 5 Centerline lookalikes :$30

So still great deals, and {of course}, people on Sunday!

"It's the wrong Raceway???"

I had a great time, bought a few bits (nothing too exciting) but definitely worth the drive from SF.
Had a very disappointing time at Pomona the previous week, this show made up for it, and the weather was indeed glorious :D.

My wife and I had fun, but only stayed 4 hours or so. It had been 2 years since we went to BOR. Last time was the May show, in 2006. This show seemed like less people attending, less show-n-shine cars, less of everything. Still was fun but it did seem different from the last time we went. I think the May shows normally have more anyway.

I think I may even had seen the famous EverettB walking around. I was not 100% sure but told the wife there "may have went" the head cheese at The Samba. :)
