Hi all, I'm a recent convert to the wonderful world of the Westy, having just bought a nice 1990. One thing that I'm missing in the front curtain. So far we've been making do with a strategically placed tarp but it's spoiling our otherwise great looking interior. I've found a few places to buy a replacement curtain that will fix to the existing snaps but we fancy having a go at making our own. Anyone else done this? It'd be a real help if we had a pattern to work from or, failing that, just the dimensions of the OEM one. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks all.
Dave. |

The easiest wway to get this job done is borrow a front curtain, or buy a ragged out one from a bone yard--or even here at the samba.com want ad section.
Copy it--use it as a template for the new one your going to be sewing up---pretty simple. |
