Just wondering if it is possible to remove them with the fenders still on.
Looks like the spot welds would be difficult to drill out along the tops & tach welding new ones in place would be tricky. Thanks |

They are a royal pain. The spot welds are visible in the trunk if you use a wire wheel to expose them. As for the nose panel -- that's a different story. I've used a rotary file to get at them so I could separate the nose panel from the air duct.
BTW - you will "tack" them back into place. ;) |
