View original topic: Anyone build a Hydrogen baja?
seabeebuggy Fri Aug 29, 2008 11:59 am

I am going to build a hydrogen generator for my manx. run on water and gas combo. But was thinking it may be hard to tune with turbo. I have one for my truck and car now. It works so well on modern engines but not sure about non computer controled engines. Hay anyone done this to a VW here?

I have been gathering parts to put one on my bug. I have heared that it messes with o2 sensors in newer cars, but non computer cars it works better.. but I dont have a turbo, just a stock 1600DP.

what you do is add a spacer to the 02 and then the 02 does not see the Hyd. that is all that is needed.

What plans did you use to build yours? I have some that I got from a website trying to sell a book, but the website showed so much I figure I can build it from what I saw, just got the back flow valve today, have some stainless mg wire, the bubble stone and some valves. Going to use a mason jar and make the cap from racing plastic using the regular ring.

I found a do it yourself site. it is on home computer. I am using SS plates 14 of them. I read it makes 8 x more than the wire. I was thinking of making a wire set up next. and or a duel coil wire. I would love to make a duel spiral plate but that takes skill and equipment.
this is what mine looks like http://www.hydrogencarsnow.com/hydrogen-generators-cars.htm I don’t like the jars. Cost 40$ to make . I am now going to sell them. I have 7 orders today at 300$. Not bad.

I can't tell if this is a joke or not!!

If not, I want to learn more about it...

Please post a link.

What sort of gas mileage increase ( percentage ) are you getting out of the system? A friend of mine just purchased a system but has yet to install it. I was thinking of doing the same on my extended GMC van.

This is where I got my info didnt buy the book cause the web site has so much info. Some of the guys at work have done it and say it works, so far I only have about $3 in parts, the rest were "donated"http://www.water4gas.com/2books.htm

HHO sounds kinda dangerous, but im curious. Dont want to pay any money for plans though. Anybody have any?

seabeebuggy Fri Aug 29, 2008 5:29 pm

there is no joke in this at all. I am getting 6 MPG more in my f150 5.4 wife dodge is gettng 8 MPG more. friends expedition gets 8 mpg more. his duramax is getting 8 mpg more his geo or his kids geo is 12 mpg more. There is no joke. except the joke on us from the auto MFG's It works and I will be making about 15k a month building the kits. How is that for a laugh.Another laugh I have 3 engineers working on a better way to build the unit. I hope to make a killing

im sorry but thats what you and the other 300,000 people trying to do the same thing think.
the best of luck but i doubt your going to be doing any more business than everyone else who's got plans out for these things is doing.

ive done way to much research into these things and it all boils down to the fact that its not feasible to create enough HHO through electrolysis in a car on the fly to be able to do any more than a minimal amount of mileage increase. and there are far more problems with engineering an engine that will run solely on HHO.

so in short for those of you wondering

yes it works
and no its not a conspiracy by auto manufactures or the government.

Difference is I know what I am talking about. I know the facts. Fact is I produce enough going 65 mph to work for 15 miles and my 5.4l ford that got 14 at best is now getting 20 to 22. Nothing funky about that.
I don't think you have a clue about this. If you did you would have one in your car.
I am not selling them here or on the net . we have a shop in town that is gong to start selling them in 1 week. He has requested 100 units I think I will sell better than most.
