I tried searching and didn't come up with anything, but can anyone tell me what the offset is on a set of Porsche 944 phone dial rims? I believe they're 15x7, but what's the offset?

Very nice link, but I'm not sure what the wheels are called other than "phone dials" can you help a Porsche noob out?

It doesn't matter what the wheels are. Those are the offsets for all OEM wheels that came on a 944. The offsets above are the offsets for the phone dials you have. If the wheels are 1986 or earlier the front offset is 23.3mm. 1987 and later is 52.3mm.
