Here is a close up of the rim I am confused about its type. I thought it was just a vw rim from like a type 3 or something but the guy thats helping me said he thinks its a porsche spare.
figured i would chime in with the experts. |

Not a Porsche, but not junk either.
That's the wheel for the 1966 and 1967 only VW and accepts a two year only hub cap. The wheel no longer uses the five riveted clips but rather indents/out dents(?) around the center section to hold the cap in place. |

Yes, 66/67 Beetle.
VERY common, at least here in the west. |
