| I think you are on to something here. I live off 104th and Colorado. Only problem... no motor currently in my beetle. Hopefully within the next month it will be back on the road. Right now i'm just rockin' the water cooled (03 Jetta). Long story short i like the idea of an air cooled meet up, in that area. I know a few others that might be interested too. :D |

| I just brought home a '71 Super Beetle that I got from Arizona. No rust at all. I'm new to the air-cooled VW world and looking for a good shop in the Colorado Springs area so I can get this Bug back on the road. I need to get the carbs and timing set up for the higher altitude, as well as go through the brakes and suspension. Any recommendation from you high altitude VW fans? Thanks |
