I just happened to look down by steering wheel on my sandrail and found a issued DMV plate The rail came from Nashville, TN. I have tried to contact TN DMV but they act like I'm cazy for asking. Has anyone had enough experience to know if these numbers are TN numbers from a state issued tag the plate has on it
