What are yall using to insulate the firewall? I am thinking about a pad for the outside, behind the engine, and something for the inside. The bug has nothing now and the noise it really bad. What should I look for to best insulate the inside to help with engine noise?
Thanks,
Dan

| I don't have anything on the outside, but I put dynamat from front to rear in my car and carpet over that.I still make my son wear earplugs in the car due to the noise level. And I run a muffler. |

| I used to be big in the stereos. Dynamat is what we used for the vibration and noise control. It is expensive though. You will be amazed at how much it cuts down though. |
