So i actually didn't even remove the panel completely, i was trying to get to the fuel gauge wires to see how they looked. so i just slightly tilted the panel foward, didn't see a easy way to access it so i put the panel back. now it won't start. i get lights but doesnt turn over. Any ideas?
Hadn't started the van since friday, but haven't had a problem all summer. could it be coincidence?

Can't tell for sure what panel you're talking about here.
Do you mean the cowling that covers the instrument cluster?
To take that off, reach over the top of the cowling to the very front of it, and you'll feel two indents. Pull up from those indentations, and it takes a lot of force to pull it up. Then you can remove the entire cluster to get to the back, if that's what you want to do. |
