Hiya All,
I'm wondering if anybody who has ordered an engine from Boston Bob (Boston Engine Exchange) has experienced any problems with having the engine completed and delivered in a timely manner. |

I am well aware of this. Bob's reputation is a very good one. I am still asking if anybody out there has had delivery problems with Bob. |

A search would likely answer this question.
Search the Buyer/Seller Feedback forum also. |

Hiya guys,
Yes, I've gone the search route.
In rereading my original post I see that I should clarify just a bit.
I'm looking for anybody who is having current problems with delivery from Bob or anybody who may have had recent delivery problems but has not posted up. |

I gotcha, I don't know anything from first hand experience. But from what I DO know of Samba members, they tend to expose issues fairly quickly. I hope that means no one is having any problems.
Now, if you are the one having timing issues make sure to document everything so that we have a clear picture. (I'm still tossing around sending one of my engines to him as well.)
Gluck! |

| I just had an engine built for my customers car and it runs awesome! I had to wait a few months for it but try and get a camper special and see how long you will wait. Quality work takes time. I know it sounds a-hole but I would rather wait a year for my engine and have it run for ever then have it rushed too me and give me problems and in the end leave me stranded. |

I've got a set of his 2.0 heads and I couldn't be happier!! He lives about 1/2 hour away from where I work so I saved shipping, but to actually get the heads delivered to him from AMC, have him work his magic and pick them up took... about 2 weeks. Showed up one afternoon picked up my heads, got a tour of his shop and meet his family!! EXTREMELY nice guy and VERY, VERY, VERY knowledgeable.
Call him and talk about it... |
