are you concerned about having to bleed the brakes? because you have to disconnect the line going to the rear brakes anyway so your going to have to re-bleed them anyway.
or are you just raising the body a few inches? either way you have to disconnect the lines from the master cyliner. |

In my experience, either you disconnect them or they disconnect themselves. Either way you get to bleed the brakes. Unless you try the whole bending the front part of the pan and then flattening it back out which doesn't require the body separation. Doesn't look as nice, but it kinda works.
I'd say disconnect |

| If you are just taking the body off, the master cylander and brake lines are not connected to the body. I removed the body from a '75 and left everything on the pan attached. |

the only brake lines you have to disconnect are the ones leading to the reservoir all the rest can stay on im taking the body off my 74 STD and thats all i have to do. but as bignick said "your going to have to bleed them anyways" |
