Just after I finished buttoning the carb back up and bolting it on, I noticed that somewhere between the shop and the bug I dropped the cable stay for the carb. :x
Where can I find another quick? I can make on if need be, but I'd rather put my hands on one before this weekend.

| In a pinch take one off of the heater cable while you wait for a replacement. |

| I have seen people attach cables all kinds of ways, from clothespins to soldering,( which seems like a bad idea) I am sure that you can dig around your garage or car and find something. |

| your local vw shop should have one. Just ask for a barrel nut for the carb, should be under a buck. And like said before your heater boxes have them on securing the heater control cables. |
