Tried everything possible on the internet. With no resulfs. If I had a city I could fine tune and get a phone number. |

I think Transform is out of business.
May have possibly resurfaced as Quicksand or Quiksand |

| The Cowles address now belongs to Road Quest Tires. It might be worth it to give them a call. Maybe they know what happened to Transform. Their number is (562) 435-5202. |

| Transform filed bankruptcy and is no longer in business. The owner was involved is several lawsuits and has left the country. |

Dave Transform has been sold out a couple of years back.Never found who bought it ,but no # that i know about.Paul |
