I have learned two things about bumper swaps by searching and previously asked questions -- (1) 1968-73 bumpers can be swapped with other brackets and parts onto a 1975-79 Beetle and Super, and (2) one can use the front bumper on the rear of a 1968-73 Beetle when also using wider fenders.
Okay, can the front bumper of a 1975-79 Beetle/Super be used on the rear if one chooses to go with wider fenders and not use the earlier style bumpers? |
