EDIT* I have a 73 super just to give you a heads up on what I'm working with. Here is a link to the project thread.

OK. So after having an overwhelming amount of clusters of ideas going through my noggin, I am just going to display what I want to do and with everyone's .02, let me know what you would do and when!
1. New tires
2. Replace interior
3. Replace/clean carb
4. Sand down the bug
5. Replace the metal that has rusted on the body
6. Electrical wiring harness
7. Convert brakes from drum to disc
8. Engine overhaul (I have an engine that runs fine, but I want to build a bigger one, I already have a dual port 1600)
9. Replace floor pans
10. Stereo system
11. New seals (weather stripping)
12. Paint
If I missed anything feel free to add it to the list!

While your doing that, go ahead and do it all to my bug too,

But out of seriousness, I would grease the suspension and at least change the oil in the trans, and replace the cv boots. Simply precautionary. |
