we need to see some more pics. of the side of the car to see the door handles and such! you might be able to find the year out by checking the vin number and looking under the technical link at the top of the page!

well one guy showed me where to find the vin on bugs but it wasnt the traditional plaque with raised numbers. and it LOOKED like 6745708. its real shi**y weather here in north texas and wont clear up until like friday. so i cant really get out there and nose around.

They look like them , I have a set of them on my Land cruser in Cambodia and they work good and no problems for 1000's of miles .
Its like the baja 1000 out in the back roads but with land mines LOL.
I bought them in the states at auto zone and Im sure they are the same as kragens but dont have flood light type pattern they have a driving light pattern . They are bright as hell and can see for miles but if you dont get them adjusted just right the beem is going to be too high or too low.
Also test them before you leave the store I found 2 that did not work.
They are made by a leading light mfg in china. From what I see they work good but some may been made on friday afternoon.
They also make coffee makers and Reusable Hemorrhoids Staplers.
Screen shot of them from my 100's of youTube videos taken in Laos.

No the engine is a nissan sr20det s13. It came from the jap version of the 240sx. its called the nissan silva. I got an adapter plate from Kennedy Engineered products that bolts it directly to the vw transaxle. Should have it running pretty quick. just waiting on the rest of my parts. I have a build thread started in the off road section. Thanks for the interest.
