Quote: What are the dates for the show? I hope to have my heep running by around the first of November. Its def. not a show car, so I might not bring the VW, but it would be nice to see some other vw's.

Mine isn't anywhere near a show car either. Enter the M-8 class so you can park inside the show. This also will get you an event t-shirt and a dash plaque.

If you have never been to this show be prepared, it's huge :D .

If it's an ACVW and runs down the street without anything major falling off it's cool in my book :D !

69 bugin Sat Oct 11, 2008 9:28 pm

that's where i was thinking. or the drivers vent window, although there it would be hard to see when i'm driving as i usually have the vents open.

I actually ended up putting it on the front windshield, right in the top center. I tested it in other places, but for some reason I liked it there the best. I'm stuck at work until friday morning so I can't post a pic, but I'll get one up when I get home.

No one has suggested yet. I am not real familiar with the area. I'll be staying at a Mariot off of I-75 just north of Tampa the night before.

i live off of 75. exit 246 is my exit, i believe the exit for bug jam is 285. i was thinking of just taking 75 the whole way. there are a bunch of people meeting at an abandoned truck stop accross the street from a waffle house on 301 just north of i 4 if i remember correctly.

69 bugin Tue Oct 28, 2008 6:32 pm

i think thats the place they have used for a couple years
theres allso one in brooksville for the people from up north

There is a small group meeting at the Waffle House on US 301 just north of I-4 (west of I-75/I-4 interchange) at about 7:00 am that morning, then caravan up to the Jam via US301.

I have a dark grey sedan:
