Is anyone going to be coming from Saint Petersburg the day of the show? That's where i'm coming from. First year in a vw show, only had the car about 8 months or so.

well the actual meeting place is accross the street... i'd say if your going to eat get there earlier than 7. waffle house we'll probably be nice an full of vw finatics!!!!!!!

We'll probably eat at the hotel before we hed over there (free breakfast bar :D ).

The Residence Inn

Tampa Fl, 33637

We always stay at Marriots. They may cost a little more but at least we know the room and service will be good. This will be our first stay at one of their Residence Inns. It all costs pretty much the same if you qualify for one of their "discounts". Our room has a stove and full refrigerator and freezer, so we'll save a little cash by bringing our own food to cook (gotta have some spending money for all the goodies at the show).

That's not too bad of a drive. Its about 25 from there to the Dade City exit. If you're into mountain biking, there's some nice trails just on the other side of the interstate from there. Its more like trail riding, not very hard core, but nice this time of year.

Thanks for the info. I doubt we'll bring the bikes this trip. About how many people usually end up meeting here?

the bug can make it if I dont get the tins powder coated
what should I do
spray the tins myself
or get the tins powder coated the monday after bug jam
I also have a tight deadline cause I leave for school on the 13th of november
