Arches Auto repair on Main st next to Wendy's had several VW Buses and Vanagons when I was there about a year ago. Found their tel number for you (435) 259-4959

Dropped the Van at Arches Auto ....
I'll update Roadhaus with a report so that there is a reference garage in the Moab area.
