how to correctly install this part?
it is cylinder lower tin
which one closest to crankcase?
longer one or shorter?

Look at the contour of the sheet metal, and the contour of the cylinders. They get larger as it gets closer to the head, so the longer piece clips in there.
Is that silicon on the head I see? I hope you did not use that on the case as well. |

I have no idea about 'red thing' on head doom
I didn't put it there, PO responsible for any 'red thing'
unfortunately I see 'red mark' on crankcase join...
any sad story about silicon?

Yes... don't use it. If it gets loose inside it can clog a oil passage and damage your engine. I had a friend's engine that developed a rod knock and spun a bearing. We found a hunk of silicone in the oil passage that feed that rod. |
