Right now I don't want to spring for the $$$ to buy new bumpers.
Mine are a little pitted on the outside and rusty on the inside.
I was going to put a rust inhibitor on the inside. How can i do a poor mans clean up job on the chrome ? Steel wool ? What grade ? Something else ? |

Use Chrome polish for the outside. Once you get the rust off, then wax it with good wax.
For the inside, I would take the rust out by sanding and then put a primer in and then some clear paint. |
