I just picked up a 1960 356b that has a sunroof. The car has been sitting for 9 years and the sunroof does not want to open. I dont want to force anything but when I try to turn the opener it does not want to move.
Any suggestions?

| Nice find, I have saturated any crease I could with wd-40 to get sunroofs unstuck. Also when you go to open it, help it with your hand as much as you can. Be patient, and it should come loose. Once you get it sligltly open regrease it. |

| Thanks for the advise. The car still has the headliner intact and I am wondering how to spray break-free in there without wrecking the headliner. |
