chubby53 wrote: Looks good, tell your kid that his welds look better than mine. lol. Is it connected to the stock bumper mounts? i would be nervous smashing into anything solid in fear of bending up the front end.
thanks and i will let him know. the bottom of the front apron is rusted out so we plan on running tubing up from the beam to add support. the skidplate will mount to the that tubing. today, i did smack a pine to see what would happen and the hood and what left of the apron did a crumple/twisto flex so the added support is in order. |

Been awhile since last I posted.
I've got my pillar in, quarter's in, doors sorta shut. Started on the cage. Got the main tubes bent and I do mean bent. Should have invested in a decent tube bender. Most of the other tubes are cut. |

| I had a wicked vibration from the floor and the gas tank mounting points. I took it apart and installed new rubber pads. I also finished rebuilding the carb (8 days later from the start). |

| Last weekend I got the T-4 motor out of the 411. Last night I sold my "old" motor out of my rail. This weekend I'm picking up some carbs, clutch kit and installing in rail. I hope all goes well. I've got lost of loose ends to get it going though. |

Finished setting up a clamp for the muffler I got off a Honda Shadow 700 V-Twin. Sounds good not too loud, not too quiet. Best part is the muffler was FREE :D
