| I believe the person who posted that Fuch's topic could ask for the removal of the eBay content or report it. I believe I could as well. |

I'm not sure this is true. This is where copyright law is running into 21st century problems. There is a thing called "public domain" that is often confused with "publicly available." For example, an authored work published on the Internet (including a formal BLOG), or a private email written with a specific intent, is recognized as having copyright protection. But general posts and writings on a third-party site don't have that same kind of ownership, so are likely not protected.
I'm unsure whether or not Everett's private ownership of this site means he owns all content. I assume that would have to be listed in the legal disclaimer of the site to be arguable. |

There is some boilerplate legal stuff in the Terms of Use below wherein any submissions to the site are automatically copyrighted by me but are still owned by the author.
I have seen other sites that have re-published content in book or other forms and my understanding is they legally own all content on their site.
However, I have not looked into it in detail. |
