I believe the person who posted that Fuch's topic could ask for the removal of the eBay content or report it. I believe I could as well.

I'm not sure this is true. This is where copyright law is running into 21st century problems. There is a thing called "public domain" that is often confused with "publicly available." For example, an authored work published on the Internet (including a formal BLOG), or a private email written with a specific intent, is recognized as having copyright protection. But general posts and writings on a third-party site don't have that same kind of ownership, so are likely not protected.

I'm unsure whether or not Everett's private ownership of this site means he owns all content. I assume that would have to be listed in the legal disclaimer of the site to be arguable.

There is some boilerplate legal stuff in the Terms of Use below wherein any submissions to the site are automatically copyrighted by me but are still owned by the author.

I have seen other sites that have re-published content in book or other forms and my understanding is they legally own all content on their site.

However, I have not looked into it in detail.
