this is the ad number.it looks pretty decent to me.

says all glass is there minus rear and left 1/4

no major rust

it would be my first bug but ive had bagged vehicles before.

That car looks sick, the air bag setup is different though. I guess you with bags you can adjust for leverage from the linkage set up. Could make some "Ratio rockers" 8)

and im more into static also but its got a pretty nasty bag set up and he said he would deliver to my moms house.

and if i didnt like it could switch it later on down the road.

but i had my eyes set on another bug for the same price but it was a 66 heres the ad number

That means it's a 1966, not a 1963 :roll:

I'd probably go with the '66 since it's more put together and looks safer.
I don't know WTH is up with that contraption in the front of the Oval.
It doesn't take all that to lower a Beetle to the ground.

im kinda thinking that with the 57.
but its an oval for cheap with no rust and just the style i like.
but the 66 is solid!

the guy with the 57 said it needs a gastank because it cant fit in front.

thats an awfull lot of hacking up front for that "CUSTOM 1 OFF SUSPENSION" thats a butcher job if you ask me, whats holding the spare tire well on the front of the car, the fenders? theres nothing left anywhere near where the gas tank should be...

I've seen worse for more $$$ though sadly

Hell it's only $3500 you can't go too wrong. I've spent much more than that "on a budget" and my car isn't even road ready yet...

Buy the oval if its that clean then switch to another stock front beam. youll be happier in the long run. ok to modify.......not to hack

that 66 is clean and no doubt a good buy.

but im not into clean bugs,i like em ratty.

ill try and get some more pics of the 57 up here so you guys could see.

plus hes throwing in a working swamp cooler and roof rack.
