| Is there any way you can convert the bumper mounts from a newer beetle (say a 1970) so you can fit older model bumpers on the car. I like the look of the double bumpers so I was wondering if there was a way to get them on a newer bug. Thanks |

i just did it to my 74.
i rigd up some early euro blades..
i had to torch off the bumper shock, and welded some new pieces to the bracket that atatches to the car., overall looks pretty good. fairly easy if you know how to do the fabricating yourself.... |
