Can I use stock wheels, remove the center hubcap, and mount moon discs on them or do I need a regular steel wheel?

| You should have no trouble drilling those for moon discs, they're fine. |

No, moon discs are held on with either screws or dzus fasteners. They have a moon disc style hubcap that snaps on, but it looks funny and they never stay on wheels. |
