I got a set of Riviera on a bug and thought I would clean them up and probably sell them but I found something odd. I dont know anything about these but the one is a complete casting and the other looks like the face is welded to a steel rim. Does anyone know anything about this?
Pictures are of the inner part of the rim.
Nice fully cast rim
welded rim
close up of weld

| Let's see the face of the rims as they sound like Raders? |

No they are definitely rivieras. This is a pic from the gallery but they look just like this except mine dont have the rectangles on the spokes.

Are they all the same width?
What's the offset like on the welded ones?
Is the front face of the wheel closer or further away from the lip of the wheel?
I dig old school rivieras, fancy them on my oval... |

| The face and offset are the same. The only other difference is that the front lip where the tire bead goes is wide on the welded rim than on the solid cast one. I didnt even notice it until I saw the weld and then started to look for differences on the face of the rim. |
