any pix of it chromed?

chickengeorge Thu Nov 13, 2008 5:48 pm

Just FY...They are a repop of a Crestline, I believe. They were two piece, with the front/center pushed into a steel rim and held in place with some welded beads. I could be wrong, I can't remember if the Crestline's have the edge down the center of the spoke or not. The others are "Cal Custom", maybe? VW Torque Thrusts have that bend to each spoke though.

I've drooled on pics of that thing here in the gallery a few times...
Badass!

If I remember correctly, the owner is a girl.... if so, it make the car even that more SICK.....

Definitely my favorite 5 spokes.

I'd like to know more about this car, how many inches narrowed to run wheels like this.
Et wheels got some "weird" offset.

I want to run like this and rims.

This car is bad ass!

'64cal lookdub Sat Nov 29, 2008 11:28 pm

I've talked to a few guys who have ran them, they say you need atleast a 5" beam due to the offset. They look great with a 5-6" beam, generally IMO that's too much for most cars, but with these wheels it looks great.
