He probably has - check his collection :)
The indicators are from one of his employees - I saw them 8 years ago in real life - he should still has them

| Hold on there "recovering accessory addict", I've been looking for a T34 tach for over ten years. You can't just buy a project 34 and jump to the front of the queue. Sheesh!  |

Danny.
Most of EU countries required yellow turn signals. Only Italy let you have any kind of turn signal as long as it was 'visible' enough. Here's an example of a Fiat 500 Variant :D
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Abarth-Fiat_500_1973.JPG
Volkswagen 'exported' their models with yellow turn covers, but you (as an Italian) could buy 'white' ones.
FYI: In France most cars had a 'yellow' headlights which was forbidden in Germany. The purpose of those yellow light was not to blind oncoming drivers in the dark. |

it's not correct to say that you could have any turn signal style in Italy.
we had white indicators up front and orange side indicators while other european countries had orange front ones and no side flashers.
the fact that on some cars you can find two tone indicators as in late type 3s is because those cars had "wrap around" indicators that doubled as fronts and sides.
this was until late 70s when we changed to orange front ones while keeping
orange side flashers.
this explaind why italian buses (only) have those weird little flashers on side pillars (from 1959 up to 1979) and 64 on bugs have little windows on fender mounted flashers.
64 models had bus style flashers fitted on windscreen pillars for the very first months of production, then "window style" fender flashers were introduced
I have a large collection of these italian weird indicators, including some pairs of 59/61 Italy and Australia only rear lights, quite rare and very good looking to my eyes.
also 59/61 buses had these well known Italy and Australia only rear light assembly.
some pictures of italian VWs showing all these weird details.
(note side flashers on green single cab and small rear lights on 55 oval, wrong to this car but 59-61 correct)
