I thought I had found an ad for one for sale not too long ago and now I can't seem to find it

If I can't come up with it a place to have one made near Indianapolis would be great

Part of what I want to do is use it for kayaks so I would rather have one made than get the one from the Thing shop

I want some mounts welded in for the kayaks

any info would be welcome
or pics of rolls bars / show bars installed

Just add stock rolecage they strap on top great.
I have two vertical poles from a yakama setup that clamp to it so I can hall my two boats opening to opening.

You use sea kayaks or whitewater?
If whitewater what river do you float in Indiana.
We are always looking for new spots in the Midwest.

flatwater rec boats for now

we just started last summer, but in a mental way it reminds me of motorcycling

I liked it a lot better than I expected too

you can be 5 minutes from the center of downtown and being on the river is like going back 50 years in time

I am looking forward to to doing a lot more next summer and loading them on my wife's SUV is a major PITA because it is so tall

the Thing seems like a pretty cool kayak mobile
