it happens that i have a lot of old pc cases and i have to patch some rusty holes in my '76 baywindow.
can be pc's case sheet metal used to be welded to body?
looks like it's thicker than body's metal.can it be any good? |

| You'd be much better off to buy a dented VW fender/roof/hood to cut patches out of! |

| If the PC case steel is actually thicker than the metal that comprises your baywindow, I'd say a few visible holes in your ride would be the least of your worries. |

Well, having been a pc modder for many years, and now working on cars for a while too, I dont see how it would be "wrong" especialy if you have a few of the older Pentium 2 era cases... They used some thick sheet metal on those cases.
So I say, if you've got it, and you aren't to worried about being "politically correct" use it. |

| People use road signs and plywood. Those are 20th Century fixes. |
