Hey, are all front grills with round headlights interchangeable from air cooled vs. water cooleds?
Also, if you paint one, what looks (matches) better, flat black, or gloss black?

there may be a cardboard deflector behind it you would have to swap.
though that should be pretty obvious.
I paint everyone of m ine gloss black. makes the car look 10 years younger.

Satin or semi-gloss finish.
Hides flaws a little better than gloss.. holds up longer than flat. Still looks sort of "stock". |

| i'm liking Satin, i just did all the trim on my suzuki samurai with it, i got to say it looks great. stay away from the can with the fancy top, it just dribbles or splaters out at first :x use just reg Rust-Oleum, scuff with scotch pad, clean with deglosser and a few light coats and your done. |
