Here's what I'm doing on mine... it's going to have a little extra weight with the electric conversion, so I went with the Air Ride Tech units and fabbed my upper mounting location.

3 or 9. When the seam is at the top, the seam can't flex. They can also pull off the flange when installed like this.
The seam is designed to flex when they are 90 degrees from where you have them now. |

Alan, I see brand new, full tread tires on that project. I also think this one may be a while before it hits the road for the first time.
Make sure those tires are NOT old when you finally roll her out. Even if they are in the same shape, over time the rubber gets hard and can not grip the pavement.
This can be like driving on ball bearings. Many a project car has ended up in a ditch or a tree, or on coming traffic on it's maiden voyage because it had brand new OLD tires on it. |

Are those ShockWaves on there?
If there's room, you should tie in those braces from left to right side, if it clears the transmission and the body. |

Yes, they're Shockwaves... 9,000's in the rear and 7,000's in the front... working on my custom beam currently.
I'm going to be putting a roll bar in the car, so I'm toying with tying it all together back there...

| You should visit the gallary of KCW and get some ideas. They used a single bag attached to the front beam to lower the front and air ride suspension air shocks to lower and raise the rear - with no fabrication I dont think |
