| I have a Chenowth 4LW that has a current CA green sticker and registration paperwork. The registration paperwork has a VIN #. I bought it used a few years ago and had no problems with transferring ownership. Out of curiosity I cleaned the paint off of what I thought was the VIN plate on the frame to find out that it only reads Chenowth, the model # and serial #. This plate is behind the drivers seat welded to the frame. Could it be that I don't have a VIN? Any other place it could be? Thanks. |
